Had an issue getting some TD equipment installed. Sent them an email 26 Dec and got an automated out of office response saying they'd get back first of year. No worries, and to be expected given the holidays. What was not expected was an email directly from Jeff C later that same day. With some suggestions, he emailed back a few times as I sent him pic's of my problem and what I was using. This is well above an beyond what I'd expect from anyone - especially the day after Christmas.
