Strange article... looks like some goober cut and pasted some Wikipedia info for some reason.

Stolen on ASU campus.... no surprise. People are robbed of their electronics there. And that chick got dragged to her death by some home boy stealing her purse from his vehicle.

Reporter trying to be factually accurate. I prefer a wiki copy/paste to simply calling it a AK-47 assault rifle. It's actually a remarkable effort IMO. We really can't expect most journalists to have accurate first hand knowledge of most firearms.
