I don't know if this should go in here or in custom build but it felt more technical in nature.

I just as of 2:00pm central time built up a 12.5'' daniel defense upper with an 11"Troy Vtac rail. I used all DD components minus the rail itself
But once I put it together I noticed that the DD Lopro Gas Block(its a clamp on not pinned) was very close to the rail it may be just ever so slightly touching.

Is this going to be an issue? I have not fired it yet I will test for function later today. But I wonder if this will cause accuracy issue because of barrel flex/ Harmonics problems.

Or am I just overthinking this like normal?

So just get hot, no other big problems?

I probably could get a Troy Lopro which looks even smaller but I'd really prefer not to just cause I'm lazy and it's a big enough pain that unless necessary I wouldn't.

Remove some material at the top of the gas block using a belt sander.
