I am selling a barely used Velocity Systems OAV Vest, Multicam, size Large, with brand new HSGI multicam shoulder pads.
It can accept hard plates and BALCS/CIRAS soft armor inserts.
I have worn this inside my house for maybe about a dozen times but never in any training environment.

* Made for standard SPEAR/BALCS sizes.
* PALS webbing on front, rear, and side exterior for modular pouches.
* 500 denier Cordura outer. Passive cooling body-side lining.
* Plate pockets front & rear with external access.
* High placement of rear plate pocket for optimal protection.
