M4 barrel length

Do the military M4's have a 14.5 inch barrel with a flash hider or is the full length 14.5?

By definition, all M4's have a 14.5" barrel length. The flash hider adds additional length depending on which one is used.

14.5" w/o A2 comp. 15.9" w/A2 comp & crush washer IIRC.
