Condor Multicam Plate Carrier with Large ESAPI plates. The plate carrier does not have any stains rips or tears. The velcro is crisp and strong. The plates are APM2 which is Level 4 rating and is supposed to stop a 30 cal armor piercing. There are no cracks in the plates however 1 plate is worn away in the the outer covering on the corner (shown in pics). I've had this for about a year and half and haven't used it so it can go.
