Any problems with Botach Tactical?

I have experienced some real problems with Botach. I have read a few horror stories.

Botach customer service is probably one of the most well documented on gun forums. Say nothing of the fact this is AR General Discussion, but even if it were not, this really doesn't need to be re-hashed to satiate one's curiosity.
