I took my first trip to the range today with my GRTactical APEX outfitted M&P9. For $550 I got the newest M&P9 with an APEX hard sear, striker block and RAM. All installed and shipped rapidly with the stock parts in the box.

I have two 9 mm Glocks, (17 and 19) three 1911's (Colt, Ed Brown and Kimber) and and AR 15. (Colt 6940) My wife has an M&P9 and I have always like her pistol.

After 50 rounds my trigger finger gets sore with the Glocks (Both have 25 cent trigger job.) and while the trigger on my wife's M&P sucks, my trigger finger doesn't get sore. That's why I decided on an M&P with APEX parts.

150 trouble free rounds today. Fifty American Eagle 115 gr, fifty American Eagle 124 gr and fifty MagTech 115 gr. ZERO malfunctions and the trigger is sweet.

I bought my first firearm less than two years ago and consider myself an intermediate at most.

Not too bad from 25 yards.

Until you see the rest of the picture.

A great gun, thanks Grant for your expertise and Customer Service.

I got better towards the end of the total rounds fired. It is definitely frustrating though when I miss the Shoot N'C and that is somewhere around 66% (plus, minus) of shots fired.

Depending on firing rate, that might be quite decent at 25yds.
Nice looking pistol either way.

Nice gun.

Please don't take this the wrong way... but I'd now save up and try to attend a training class.

He should focus on the fundamentals, and get those down, before taking a class. Walk before you run.

Nice gun.

You should come out the the LIFE fun shoots at the Koko Head. There's a class today and it's a good place to get some decent practice in.
