I have an E2E and would like to "upgrade" it. It is awesome the way it is, but 60 lumens doesn't always cut it for me. Will this except a head/bezel of an E2D LED? If so, can I even purchase an E2D LED head only?

If not, what are my upgrade options for the E2E?

Thanks guys

My wife and I both carry an E2E daily. I upgraded mine to this:

There one or two other options including drop-ins. Do an internet search and you will find them.

Surefire heads are available for individual purchase. Upgrading to LED is a simple matter of twisting on the new head. If you want to be absolutely sure, send Surefire an email. I would look into the Surefire KX2C head, 200 lumens if you want juice.

If you want to wander outside the realm of Surefire, there are also lots of alternatives. If you have the time to do the research, I would check out Candlepower Forums because it's an entire forum dedicated to lighting solutions. There are even custom made-to-order options.
