barrel suggestion??

Im looking for the most accurate barrel I can get for under $300.
Needs to b 16" and can be a bull barrel. I found a barrel
from Rainier that guaranteed MOA and had a 90 day no questions
warranty. What do you guys suggest. Thanks.
