A2 Elevation, what MOA?

I have looked and looked for the amount of elevation each click is worth on the A2 rear sight on a 20" rifle. Does anyone know what MOA each click adjusts it? I was told 1 MOA, but if it is calibrated for M855 that puts it over 40" off at 800m.

ETA: worked out my errors in calculation. It is indeed 1 MOA and I just calculated it wrong.

FM3-22 Chapter 5 Downrange Feedback states at 100 meters, one click of rear sight elevation (all values rounded off) is approximately 2.75 cm (1 Inch).
At 25 meters .5 cm/1/4".
At 50 meters 1.5 cm/1/2".
