Changing flash supresser on my new RFB

K so I'm a NOOB , I
Bought a new flash suppressed but need advice on how to put it on with out screwing up barrel finish?
Tanks , and what's with the extra washers that came with it?

Unscrew you old one and put the new washer on your barrel and then your new "flash suppressed" and tighten...Also the washer is called a crush washer kinda of like a lock washer with nuts and bolts for it don't come un-screwed when you tighten the flash hinder on.

I know this unrelated to your question but what flash hider are you switching to and what was on there and why are switching. Just curious I'm trying to decide what to switch mine to I just a standard bird cage on mine. I'm kind of leaning toward on of the surefire muzzle bakes.
