RRA has been out of the 1911 business for a while, but now it appears they're back in with a polymer-based frame. Looks pretty interesting, doubt if I'll get one but I'd sure like to see some reviews testing it under hard use conditions.

People still drool when you mention a RRA 1911, especially the Bullseye shooters. I am excited to see RRA back into 1911's and hope this one meets the expectations set forth by previous models. This will go on my 'May-be' list until I see some reviews, price, and most importantly range reviews by qualified individuals. Maybe Larry Vickers will get some time with one and give us his no bs opinion of it...

My RRA looks nothing like that.

Mine has a deep blued finish & is fit like a fine swiss watch!

I have no idea what that thing you posted is.

I really like 1911's, I'm open to new things with this but the quality and reliability really need to be here for this gun to work out. I'd really like to try one out at least, but I've been spoiled with my WC
