Palmetto Order Problem

I ordered some XM193 off of their website a week ago and my order status still says processing. No response to emails, no one answers the phone and voice mail box is full. I'm to the point where i'm going to dispute the charge with Visa.

Has anyone had a similar problem with them recently? Their website says they don't back-order stuff, and orders are always filled in 1-2 days.

I'm at a loss here.

They seem to be taking a while to ship stuff lately. Sometimes 2 weeks.

Not sure this is the best forum for this post BUT

I've read you should expect around 3 weeks for them to process your order. It seems they've experienced growth and they're swamped with orders due to their good prices and decent CS from yesteryear however from my experience they've seemed to put good CS (the very thing that made them experience growth) on the back burner and their prices are slowly creeping up.

Thanks for the replies. I don't have a problem with the backlog, just the lack of communication and that their website says orders ship in 1-2 business days.
