Nice collection there! There is just something about the simplicity and weight of retros that keep us coming back. I'm really digging the rack numbers.
Nicely done. Welcome to the old school side of the house. I have a few of the older Colt Sporters and several retro builds myself.
Thanks guys
This is the latest one of just my retro builds. It does not include any of my Colt Sporters.

Left to right: Model 602, Model 603/XM16E1 (late), Model 603/M16A1 (early 1970s), Model 603/M16A1 (late 1970s), Model 604, Model 605, Model XM607, XM177E2, Model 653, Model 723 (early), Model 723 (late), Model 727, Model 733 Commando (A2), M16A2, and M4.
Sometime around April or May, I will be adding another 603/M16A1 clone. Just waiting on Mike and Harlan for the receivers and Brownells for the barrel assembly. I already have the original Colt parts for the lower and upper receivers as well as the furniture, receiver extension, buffer, buffer spring, and flat slip ring. The receivers and barrel assembly will be the only things not original Colt M16 parts. I am having Nodak Spud remove the NDS forge code from the upper receiver.
Good Night of Livin!!!
WOW!!! Pat yourself on the back and a full round of applause. Both you and the OP have collections to be truly proud of. I've only got one AR but these builds are fantastic in every aspect. Carry on!
Nice, is that 8 SBRs i count? where's your SP1, did you sell? Also how did you do your 733 build? I want to use a flat delta ring on mine but don't know if that is one of the few parts that can't be hodgepodged of the "we have 11.5" xm series barrels laying around and bins of random parts lets make some guns we can sell from scraps" age of colt mentality of the m733 commando rifles. because they don't have standardized parts aside from barrel length.
The SP1s are not in there since they are not a builds. These are all builds. Only two are registered SBRs. The others with shorter barrels have pinned and welded FHs to make the non-NFA length. With my 733, I chose to go with the later A2 version. If you are planning on an early version with an A1 or C7/A1E1 type upper, you will still use the Delta ring since these are in the M16A2 series of weapons. Also, the early versions had a 1/7 .625" profile 11.5" barrel and the later A2 version had a 1/7 Gov't profile 11.5" barrel. The Model 733 was basically a SBR version of the Model 723 (of which there was about 3 variations).
