These are new unmolested USGI issued rails with kits. They come with rail, all 10 rail panels, vertical grip, storage bag and M203 adapter. The bags have the oily stuff KAC puts on them for preservative. It wipes off. Asking $117 shipped each CONUS. (Which is a steal on these considering I rarely see new USGI KAC kits with all the parts anymore) Discrete PayPal preferred "friends and family" option or cover their fees.
