Dont make the mistake of only going to the range. Yes range time is important, but if you dont mentally prepare, you wont be ready.
I work mids and have a lot of down time, so between coast to coast am (ya i get that board) and calls for service I constantly play the "what if game". I use mental imagery to prepare myself for situations I might encounter (like every good sports coach teaches their players to do).
I'll now be doing more "at home/off work" mental imagery. What will I do if I hear someone in my home? Or if I walk in on someone in my home?
