Haha, I know what you mean. Being from S. OR where summers are routinely over 100 degrees I was once in Montana where they opened up the windows to let the breeze in... at 65! I was wearing a t shirt and they were all in long sleeves as I recall. It's just like when I'm in Portland and someone says it was a hot summer, at 85. Priceless.

Yep. Last I saw, he was adding some magnetic stabilizers to keep the unit's momentum during strong gusts from over-indicating. Tom's a really smart dude, and will keep improving the design indefinitely.
I'm going to wait until spring to get one since I probably won't do much outdoor shooting in Michigan during the winter, and the Windmeister will likely be more refined by then.
