The Hackathorn rear looks like a modified Ameriglo Pro Operator, or vice versa. Been using the latter since it first came out. The .180 rear notch works well with the standard .140 front.

I just sent mine in for some work about 6 months ago. While it was there, I had them install night sights ($60) was a killer price. The ones pictured above are the same ones I got.
I was just curious. My last Glock with factory NS was 2006 production and had the white paint around the tritium inserts I had to clean out all the time. My new ones have the clear plastic covering and are much easier to clean.
I've tried at least four different brands of sights on my Glocks over the years, I researched a lot and have a couple hundred bucks in various sights and have come to the conclusion that, I tend to shoot best with the factory night sights.
I'm pretty sure I over thought the whole issue.
