They've lost me as a customer. They've had my upper since Feb 14 on a warranty deal (wasn't shooting straight). Now they won't return my emails or ship my upper back. I've been polite, but now I've completely lost patience. I'd rather spend my money with a company who does what they say they're going to do, and returns emails. I may be out $750 on an upper I've only shot under 100 rounds out of. Bash me all you want, but I'm done as a BCM customer.
