I did a SBR lower on a trust and was returned approved in 51 days! I just got my hands on it, Woo Hoo!
I submitted my Form 1 paperwork in December 2009. In July, I got it back with a mistake, (copies must be front and back). They said make correction and return to Nancy Flanagan within 30 days. I did and just received my approval and stamp last week. 9 months with a mistake on my part. Just like childbirth.

FWIW we as a SOT dealer have been getting back our Form 4s with about 4-5 different signatures for examiners. I think this is a great sign that ATF is catching up. Normally everything is through one particular examiner. We're getting several a day now.
