You can get it from optics planet and a few dozen other retailers. I picked mine up locally because I wanted to see it.
The packaging claims that it is waterproof, shockproof and fog resistant. The truth of these claims is unknown to me, as I do not see any specific ratings.
The eye relief seems to be 1-2 inches, which is okay, but could be much better. I looked at an Aimpoint 3x in the store and it appeared to have better glass and an eye relief of 2-3 inches. At 2.5X the price, it had better though.
The AR Tripler does have a nice feature of elevation and windage adjustment knobs. If your red dot is lower or higher than the AR Tripler, the knobs allow you to adjust your red dot to the center of the field of view.
The knobs also make the overall shape kind of odd. The Aimpoint 3x has the advantage as far as ergonomics, as it would fit your hand better when moving it out of the way.
It think the AR Tripler was a good value. Would I rather have the Aimpoint 3x? If price were no object, then yes. If it were $100 more, then yes. If it were $300 more (Which it is), then I cannot personally justify the difference in cost when it does the exact same thing. YMMV

I have since put a Troy MRF-9 rail on it and highly recommend this rail system to all. The worksmanship is outstanding. It is very easy to install--you don't have to remove the barrel nut, FH, or front sight assembly, and it is rock solid when complete. I will try to post pics of the rail system installed soon. Thanks, Grant!
The Magpul UBR stock seems to be the most popular stock on this thread. Anyone know who has them in stock?
I think it would be great to have a stock with the cheekweld in the same place everytime--on a standard carbine stock, I always end up with my cheek on the receiver extension instead of the stock when the stock is fully extended. The LMT SOPMOD seems to be better about this than a regular carbine, but the UBR looks great!
They are (or look like) first gen KNS anti-rotation pins.
They do just that, keep the pins from sliding out.
Is it a 'problem' if you don't have them? Probably not. But it can prevent one from occurring. $29 piece of mind.
On that, USMC03, how are you liking the LaRue BUIS with your M3? Considering it myself or a Daniel A1.5.
