The Winchester was a Christmas present from my Dad. My first firearm.
The 336 C is my only scoped lever action and will put 3 rounds inside an inch and a half all day long at 100 yards.
The .45-70 is a thumper, of course, and makes me smile every time I pick it up.

There was a Browning M95 in 30.06 with a receiver sight in a local gun shop years ago. I decided $600 was too high for a used gun and have been regretting it since.Quote:
