It's a Marlin MR7 .270. I got it for my 12th birthday, and its ruined the day for a whole lot of deer. I still have the original walnut stock, but I did buy a spare from Numrich a while back to camo up for a beater.

A single point sling should go here. :D
Nice levers, pdp! This one was my Grandfather's. According to my uncle, Grandpa got it from an estate sale and the hole in the stock was put there so it could be hung from a peg in the line shack of a ranch. It's 25 WCF. It's the rifle that's defined for me what a lever action should be

That's why I prefer octagonal barrels. Here's my Marlin LTD carbine in 45-70 with Ashley Express Sights

Commie Hardware. Badass in their own right.
These and my CZ .22 are all I got. I wish money grew on trees.
On the plus side, SLRs don't seem to have any felt recoil on me.
Top is a 1955 Enfield that I bought in the mid 1990s unfired. It was one of those that was produced and immediately put into storage since at the time the British Army was transitioning to the L1A1. It did not stay unfired for long.
Below it is another gunshow find that I purchased in the last 2 years--an 1898 Krag that someone had cut down and sportorized and added a rear peep sight ot along with a recoil pad. While doing this to an old classic is butchery, the modifications are kinda nice from a usability perspective. Though they reduced the value of the gun they did make it cheaper to buy. I picked the Krag up for $300 which may or may not have been a good price.

Finally got a Mosin! Picked it up today thanks to a gift card from my parents. Stamped 1937r, bore is nice and clean. Stripped it down and gave it a bath to eliminate the cosmoline. Oiled it all as I put it back together. Can't wait to shoot it.

Its a bit of a project. Squirrel Sniper. :)
Buds had a sale new years eve and I got it for 197. Had to buy it for that price...
Painted it today, OD Krylon Fusion. I have 3" white stars coming for the stock. Going with a Willys theme for fun. :p
Im using a Lipseys bipod for now.
Still need an optic. Probably going with a Vortex Diamondback.
Then I'll just need to pay the tax and get a Silencerco Sparrow.

This was given to me a family member recently. It was a Norwegian 6.5x55 krag, I was told it had a new barrel and new trigger and peep sight. I still have not taken it out yet but I am really looking forward to it. I just need to figure out what I am going to do about the stock being made for right since I shoot with the devils hands. Any suggestions?

Whats up with ports on the side of the barrel, I thought gas ports were on top of the barrel?
Winchester Model 70 XTR in 30-06. The single most reliable piece of gear I have ever owned. I bought it in 1980. My very first new firearm. I bedded the action with Brownell's Acraglass gel which has held up extremely well and added the Pachmayr recoil pad very shortly after I bought it. I had the trigger adjusted by the gunsmith I got it from before I even picked it up. The trigger still brakes at a very crisp and creep free 3 lbs and rivals the Timney on my 700.
