I'm a bit confused on this form. I want to add 2 "Responsible Persons" to my NFA Trust. From reading the form 5320.23, it looks as if I need to file one for each of my NFA (suppressor & SBR) items for each RP that would be added as a trustee. Do I have this correct? Do I need to attach copies of the corresponding stamp to the submitted 5320.23? Thanks for any assistance.
No.
Adding and removing RP’s has nothing to do with the ATF until you submit another Form for approval.

Correct. All the lowers circulating at our house that swap short uppers are definitely registered SBRs. Last weekend my son built his new SBR, a 6" 300BO with big can (double stamped) on my back porch. All the NFA hardware was properly stamped and at no time did a short upper get put on a lower that was not registered properly. We were testing one of my Sigs that has issues and at one time I did a 16" Saint Edge gas gun for an experiment. I may have worded something wrong in the above post. Sorry.
So the bottom line is no need to have folks on the trust as trustees or RP if I'm present with the NFA item?
