Great Experience with OnYour6Designs

I just wanted to take a second and talk up Jim at http://onyour6designs.com.

I'm taking Massad Ayoob's MAG-40 class next month and needed a mag carrier for a new pistol. I ordered it with bullets facing to the rear. After reading one of his books I learned that's not how he teaches.

I called Jim to get an RMA and told him why I was returning the carrier and that I'd be ordering a new one. He said not to go through all that and that he'd get a new one in the mail that day. He didn't even charge for shipping. I haven't had a company cross ship a return in years and I don't think I've ever had a company ship a non-defective replacement for free.

On top of all that, it's a great carrier.
