Recommended gunsmith for custom Winchester Model 70

I'm in need of a competent gunsmith to perform a barreled action job on a Model 70. The components that I have are a push-feed Model 70 receiver originally chambered in .30/06 and a Krieger 9.3 mm blank. The barrel will need to be threaded to the action, chambered in 9.3x62 and muzzle threaded 3/4-24. I can provide the reamer if necessary.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a smith who does this kind of work? Specifically one who specializes in traditional medium to big-bore hunting rifles?
