I’ve had this Galco Ankle Glove (AG226) for Glock 19/23/32 since it was new and have worn it no more than 5 times total. Yes, you can ankle carry a 19 if you wear the right pants (no skinny jeans)! I just virtually never ankle carry. Of course, you can also carry a 26/27/33 in this holster.
