They are essential to the Colt AR15 collector as there are or were numerous models and variations.
I will but man it is pricey right now!
I have those two. The AR-10 book is amazing.
I wish the author would sell us a PDF for $50 or something. Unfortunately it appears that he was the founder of collector grade publications and is now dead.
One of the great things about the digital revolution is I've picked up some rare ones for pennies. But at the same time, I've paid "firearm prices" for a few firearm books.
Still waiting for somebody to invent the "book scanner" that doesn't require you to destroy the spine to get a decent scan. When that day comes I'll gladly photo dump a bunch of content.
"The Official History of the Oberndorf Company of Heckler & Koch" written by Manfred Kersten and Walter Schmid might be the most expensive book I have. Prices are now in the insanosphere.
