On my computer, M4C appears as dark gray type on a greenish-gray background. Not the best contrast and it's hard to read.
Are we stuck with that format, or could it be changed to something easier to see? Perhaps black type on a white background?

You can go into Settings upper right hand corner between My Profile and Log Out.
Then go into General Settings under My Account, second option on the left window.
At the very bottom under Miscellaneous Settings, second option Forum Skin there are three options Default, Dark and Default Mobile. Try them and hit save bottom right hand corner.
I find default the best as Dark has zero contrast on profile windows, although it is Black background white text for everything except buttons and headers which are the same as default.
