Just an old 1911. Serial number says it was manufactured in 1918. I know it to have been used in Korea. Likely used before that in other wars.
It's a TRP.
All I had done is swap the rear sight for an old 10-8 rear sight I had on hand. And I always replace 1911 grip screws with 10-8 GI grip screws.
And I had replaced the recoil spring with a left-over from a SiG 1911 that I had a couple of years ago and a spare Wilson Combat plug. And since that was a, "for now," solution, I then ordered a 10-8 guide rod and a 10-8 plug. And while I was at it, I figured that I might as well get a 10-8 trigger, too. (I'll probably eventually get a 10-8 mag release, too, because I've gotta catch 'em all.)
The Magpul grips are on it because, in my giant bag of 1911 grips, I don't have anything with a cutout for the SAI ambi-safety - except some black VZs, and I don't care for either black grips on a black gun or black-and-gray grips, and they cost me just over ten bucks (and they're another for now solution, while I wait for another set of VZs). It did occur to me that it would have been cheaper to buy a single-side safety, fit it, and then I can use any of the grip that I already have, but... oops, I guess.
I just put it all together today.
