Lol. To be honest I have no idea. I think all guns get that after they've been discontinued.
They're not rated for steady diet of 357. About as well as a K frame SW, maybe a little better but not what a new SP101 would be.
I think what they do have is overall quality and usefulness at a reasonable price (before prices went to the moon). You got a well built gun with 3 inch barrel (or just under. I can't remember if it's 3 or 2.75) that held 6 38/357 in a relatively small concealable package. I would say it's target audience is the same people who would buy a SW J frame 640 only at a lower price and 1 extra round. At the same time it's cheaper than a K frame and with the sweet spot concealable 2.75 - 3 inch barrel
I would say it's aimed at right in between the 640 and the 66 2.5in barrel.
