Over bored and Mini cans are so much nicer. They're not much louder for the shooter, and nothing is quiet in front of the muzzle. The quietest can in the world is still painful to the ears if you're forward of the firing line.
I remember the first time Pappabear brought out his AAC Mini-4. I thought it would be loud on his AR, but it was really pleasant.

I have no appreciation for decimal level with suppressors. I go by the "if its a 10.5-12.5, you need a full sized can, if its 14.5 or longer , a mini works". Im not sure what you shooting for, but thats my download. I own many different manufacture cans, but this is my bottom line. The decimal game is insignfigant IMHO. YMMV. Customer service and mounts are more important.
