Red light and near infra red light therapies for all that ails ye.

OK, bit of an exaggeration but the list of potential benefits of IR/NIR therapy is extensive, from injuries, to TBI, to skin health, et, etc.

Been interested in this tech for a while, now finally trying it. I'm not an early adopter of tech/beta tester, and will wait until I feel the tech/data/evidence is there to try it. Actually, per other post, that one went under my radar as the "worth a try" threshold was passed (for me...) a while ago it appears. When such devices came out they had a scammy healing crystals magnetic bracelet BS vibe to them, and were short on evidence and were all over the place quality wise. That is no longer the case, but one needs to do their homework, and the quality stuff is not cheap. While one must account for expectation bias and placebo, it does feel like there's benefits well below the mild surface warmth one feels from the LED's.

A good vid from a favorite YT channel that discusses NIR spectrum with no commercial connections on covid related issues as another possible use/benefit if NIR. Vets have been using that tech to good effect for a long time, getting some real traction now for human use:
