New Takeoff Troy Factory 12.5" Upper with Sights

This was an upper that came with a brand new "Other" Firearm I purchased. I'm converting the Other to 300BLK so I am selling this one.

The upper is a Troy Factory built upper and unfired outside of the factory. It is in excellent condition outside a few normal handling marks (mostly from the shop it was purchased from).
