Finnish Military reserve 3-gun

Good military reserve 3-gun match on Sunday ( posted about it on both IG and FB )

6th overall and 2nd in the TST ( gear on ) category ( my good buddy beat me.. )

Couple of minor things dropped the placement by a few places, but mostly ok going for season start and to shake off the cob webs.

The match also served as a qualifier for our area team for the reserve 3-gun national champs, got one of the two officer slots.

This is basically like IPSC but with cammies on and every match usually has rifle, pistol and shotgun stages, sometimes mixed as well and stages can feature simple military tasks, vehicles etc.

Other matches on the schedule are in August also, IPSC rifle and Mini Rifle nationals.

Looking to shoot myself back to the national Open rifle team and also first time to the Mini Rifle team, as the first ever World Shoot for Mini Rifle & PCC is in Florida next year.

White targets are often used as the shoot targets, just for contrast against the background as there is also a standard /iron sight class also.

It was a poor attempt at humor playing on the generic "Americans expect everyone to do stuff like they do" thought process.
