Do you have any opinion on the "NTOA PFQ" test? It looks like to me they just took a bunch of random stuff and arbitrary numbers and threw together something that would be "hard".

I didn't see this thread for some reason. I guess it's an ok way to test/challenge various areas of general fitness, but I think burpees one of the more useless exercises. At least it's a standardized test to use as a metric for a baseline of basic fitness.Quote:
