I have no idea how much difference it makes? I’ve never had a can stick to a mount badly, and it definitely still gets jammed up with the rings there.
I have a 14.5 pinned G rifle. I put my mini cam on it and it rocks! So the phantom style mount is not bad. The testing I’ve read shows the war comps are what really suck with the suppressor.
I think for mounting a can the brake is the ultimate. It has the labyrinth rings and the two baffles line up with the first two baffles in the can. I have one on an 11.5” rifle I’d only ever shoot suppressed. Never shot it unsupressd, I’m sure it does terrible blasty brake things, as a mount it’s awesome.
