Reminder: Central Florida Defensive Carbine Shoot on Sunday, June 20, 2010

Shooters,

I would like to remind everyone that the seventh Central Florida Defensive Carbine Club shoot will be held on Sunday, the 20th of June at the Volusia County Gun and Hunt Club.

This is a fun shoot with a competitive element. The best way to describe it is IDPA with rifles.

Registration is at 08:00, safety briefing is at 08:45, and shooting starts around 09:00.

Cost is $10 for VCG&HC members, $15 for non-members. You only need an AR-15 style rifle, about 200 rounds of ammo, hearing protection (electronic preferred), three magazines, and a good attitude. A Boonie Packer Chamber Flag is required for every rifle you bring. If you don't have one, they will be available for sale at the range for $3.

I'll begin setting up the stages at 15:00 the day before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
