How exactly do you want to route or secure your cables? Do you require it to be exposed or serviceable without tools? If not:
You could replicate MLOK spacings using some kydex as a panel and make a small notch on each end of the hardware holes. This would theoretically allow you to route your cable underneath this kydex panel.
MLOK hardware and a sheet of kydex is cheap on eBay.

Now that that's gotten out of your collective systems, maybe er'body hold off on trying to out-clever-phrase each other, and only post if you have a potential answer to the question that was ASKED.
It would be legit if someone would make MLOK rail panels similar to larues index clips. I use them on everything to retain wires.
Quick and dirty:
--One Magpul? BCM? polymer MLOK rail section.
--One MANTA clip or ERGO ladder-cover with wire-loom.
Mount rail on handguard, mount clip on rail, as Emeril says "BAM!" :) Repeat as needed for additional wire harnesses.
Not an elegant solution, but it's more so than just "lay it on HG and slap some electrical tape over it."
Midwest industries mlok to keymod adapters then use kac keymod wire management panel kit
