How do I delete an attachment to a post?

I found the "manage attachments" but nowhere is it showing how to delete them.

Sorry I couldn't find anything on this topic among earlier posts.

Go to settings and on the left side of the page there is a box with multiple options. One option under miscellaneous is "attachments". Choose that and your attachments pop up. There should be a box next to each attachment that you can select which will give you the option to delete.
