NCR and BALT evac routes

There was some discussion in my local area about expecting regional urban areas to flood our area of WV in the event of serious problems in the cities. Does your local govt have a plan to deal with this influx?

DC has its own plan. The orange routes on this map will all be outbound in an evacuation.

DC has a planning tool to plan an exit along evac routes from the city. This a good pre-planning aid, but don't expect to use it during an emergency.
