Some of the boomers commenting are not armchair quarterbacking as they have BTDT. I'm a Gen X er myself and have not BTDT to be clear.

All gens are usually behind the curve of the new gen. See Maginot line...

Seeing that pic really drives it home. F me, that does make my blood boil, but while she's a vet, not clear what makes her a hero per se.

Personally, I think the term hero and expert are way over used.

I do think we all need to push a full investigation, and rethink of ROE in such an event. Some criminal dies while on crack, there's investigations for months and the media will not SFTU about it.

See. This is where we need to do better. The leftists are weaponizing language with their pronouns and alt-right labels yet we are too afraid to over use the word "Hero." Its not about what you believe, its about what you can make other people believe and feel. That is the essence of current information warfare. You dont need guns and bombs when you can make the other side vote against their interests through propaganda and misinformation.
