I believe you could flip a coin: however you get a free optic with the DD through 5-31...

The DD is built to all proper specs and will have a better resale value you if you intend to sell it down the road. Also, Daniel Defense rifles are very accurate out of the box in my experience. Plus the free optic. This should be an insanely easy choice.
