Badlands customer service - GTG

I've used a Badlands "Superday" pack for about 8 years. I hunt a lot and it's been solid gear. This season several zipper pulls broke off. I started thinking about new packs but remembered they offered a forever guarantee (which I cynically doubt usually). So I reviewed their policy, said "Forever" just send pics of what's broken and within 1 week, new zipper pulls arrive, no costs or questions. Took maybe 1 minute per pull to replace and back in the woods. Well done Badlands.

Second good thread today about good CS, awesome. I have 3 Badlands packs and the one pack you reference and 2200 ...and I have carted out elk qtrs in my 2200 and it stands strong. Great packs so anyone looking for a backpack, BADLANDS rocks.
