They convince themselves that a fad diet is the same thing as lifestyle change. They want to believe that because fad diets are easier. They lose the weight but can’t sustain the diet, return to old eating habits and gain the weight back. Classic yo-yo diet scenario.

Not so, and I am living proof of that. :) I eat spuds with every meal and have no desire to change.
