I work in an NPE so carry a very small knife, but once one puts aside the whole "combat knife" thing, this little guy works out well. I'd say I'm about 50/50 on appreciation and looks of abject terror from the few who have seen it in use. Attachment 58770
My weekend carry or casual carry more often than not. Larger, but so handy my other good sized folders tend to stay in a drawer. Attachment 58771
I EDC a Kershaw 1776BLK with M390 blade. Made in the USA, holds an edge very well.

I used to carry a Swiss Army Explorer but got sick of the extra bulk in my pocket and it got relegated to my backpack and I did not have an EDC knife for a while.
Then I got a personalized Gerber Paraframe Mini Tanto as a gift from my boss. It's been my EDC ever since. Small, well built, and does everything I need a single blade knife to do.
The SA Explorer eventually got replaced in my backpack by a Leatherman Wave.

Been carrying it for over 15 years has done me well so far. :D
I carry either my Microtech Socom Auto tactical or my Microtech Combat Troodon in urban camo.

Here's what I guess you could call my EDC knives. A Kershaw folder that I carry in my pocket pretty much all the time. Just started using it not too long ago. Very happy with it and the other Kershaw knives I've had in the past. Ox Forge Black Auto knife. Not much to say here. Great knife that I just like to fart around with. Don't carry it everywhere though. The camo'd Camillus 60's era Marine fighting knife I keep in my truck all the time. I carry it in the woods and when I'm out in the mountains. It comes in quite handy for cutting and chopping etc... It's a tough knife.
