For an LE outer vest carrier. The vest pocket is too small for a notepad and I need a molle based pouch. I'd like something very thin. Just enough for a notepad and maybe a pen.

*ETA- what's the size of the notepad? I know that ATS pouch will fit smaller ones like Rite in the Rain pads.
