You're partially correct. Mandatory retirement is 60, but a 2 year extension can be requested to extend it to 62. I know of Officers who requested the extensions, but we're denied. Warrants on the other hand, nobody gets rid of them unless they killed someone or were screwing the help. There are exceptions for medical officers in specialties, but by and large only Warrants get the 2 year extension from what I've seen.
Maybe they can get Jenna Jameson to take over Kelly's role.
