I've seen a couple of these for sale lately and I'm curious, who were these made for? I know the SU230 is the Block 2 optic, and sought by the clone guys. I have never seen a black Elcan Specter issued by the mil. Where does the SU269 come in? It is literally the same as the SU230, except it is black.
